Finance Manager

Description: A Leading International Back-office Service Provider in Mangalore is looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager with the below-mentioned criteria:

Years of Experience: 8 - 10 years

Preferred Industry background: Travel & Tourism or Similar

Education Level: Graduation/Post Graduation

Age Limit: 35-40 Years

Job Description:

- Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management reports and financial reports with recommendations.

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans and give recommendations.

- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans.

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and forecasting future requirements.

- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met by building up a knowledgeable team.

- Production of statutory reports when required in accordance with the relevant accounting principles and standards.

- Manage relationships with auditors, statutory authorities, bankers and other parties directed by the management.

- Responsible to provide relevant and timely financial information to the top management.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience as a Financial Manager.

- Able to manage a team by training and grooming them professionally and personally.

- Proven Strategic planning experience at the management level.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations for India & UAE.

- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.

- Knowledge about Finance Software.

- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
