Finance Manager

Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making in a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in pharma costing, budgeting, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Oversee cost accounting for API/formulation production

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and pharma-specific regulations

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

- Prepare MIS reports and support strategic financial decisions

Qualifications:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

- Experience in pharma manufacturing or API sector preferred

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, taxation, and pharma costing

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
