Job Overview:

We are hiring a highly experienced Financial Manager to join our Shipping & Logistics Company in Navi Mumbai. With over 10 years of expertise, you will be responsible for leading crucial financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities. This role demands a strong command of financial trends and variance analysis, contributing significantly to our financial strategy and operational efficiency in a 5-day work-from-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the entire financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic insights to senior management.

- Oversee the complete budgeting process, from preparation and consolidation to monitoring and control across various departments.

- Develop robust forecasting models to predict financial performance, identify potential risks, and inform business decisions.

- Conduct in-depth trend analysis on financial data, market conditions, and operational metrics to identify key drivers and future implications.

- Perform detailed variance analysis to compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, explaining discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business operations, and support strategic initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of proven experience in a financial management role, preferably within the Shipping & Logistics industry.

- Expert proficiency in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

- Strong hands-on experience in Budgeting.

- Demonstrated expertise in Forecasting techniques and methodologies.

- Advanced skills in Trend analysis of financial and operational data.

- Proficient in Variance analysis, with the ability to provide actionable insights.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work 5 days a week from the office in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
