A single driver-partner network does two jobs: it offers low-cost auto-rickshaw rides, and it delivers groceries and daily essentials on demand. Every ride and every order also gives local driver-partners a steady income. That exclusive network is becoming the core distribution layer for commerce, logistics, mobility and essential services in Tier 3, Tier 4 and other underserved markets across India.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a finance leader to own the finance function end to end. The role covers:

- Understanding the business down to its unit economics

- Designing processes and systems that can scale

- Keeping the company compliant and in good standing with auditors and regulators

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, Planning & Analysis:

- Lead the annual operating plan, budgets, rolling forecasts and scenario planning. This includes modelling new-market launches, category expansion and build-versus-partner decisions.

- Manage cash, runway, treasury and working capital carefully.

- Build and own the contribution margin tracker for mobility and quick commerce, broken down by city, category and the cohorts that matter.

- Work closely with the Operations, Growth and Category teams so that margin shapes decisions from the start rather than being reviewed after the fact.

Systems, Processes & People:

- Build the company's Financial Command Centre, the single source of truth on business performance, unit economics and growth levers.

- Present a monthly Finance Insights Deck to leadership, with clear recommendations on where to allocate resources and when to change strategy.

- Lead the choice, rollout and tuning of the finance stack: ERP, payout and reconciliation platforms, and business-intelligence dashboards.

- Automate manual work wherever possible, so the function can scale without adding headcount at the same rate.

- Hire and lead a lean team that takes ownership of its work.

Audit, Compliance & Governance:

- Lead statutory, internal and tax audits, and act as the company's main point of contact for auditors.

- Own all direct and indirect tax compliance.

- Track new obligations for gig and platform workers under India's labour codes, and put them into practice.

- Set up strong internal controls, a clear delegation-of-authority framework and board-level reporting.

What We're Looking For:

- A problem-solver who reasons from first principles

- A proven record of running finance processes in a fast-growing business

- A strong focus on cost efficiency, profitability and financial discipline

Preferred Background & Experience:

- A Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with 10 - 15 years in finance, including at least four to five years leading a finance function.

- A strong grounding in FP&A.

- Experience with venture capital or private-equity fundraising and due diligence.

- Time spent in a fast-growing business, ideally in consumer tech, mobility, logistics or quick commerce.

- A proven record of building or rebuilding finance processes and systems, not just maintaining ones that already worked.
