About the Company:

The company is a B2B travel platform that enables its partners to offer multiple travel services through a single, unified, and easy-to-use system. The platform provides seamless integration tools that help partners streamline operations, improve efficiency, and manage their travel offerings effectively at scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Set up, manage, and oversee the companys complete finance, accounting, and compliance framework, including day-to-day bookkeeping, statutory filings, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements such as GST, TDS/TCS, ROC, and RBI/FEMA compliances.

- Take ownership of fundraising support activities by preparing and maintaining financial models, MIS dashboards, investor-ready reports, and organizing due diligence data rooms to support investor evaluations and reviews.

- Work closely with the founder to support and close the upcoming funding round, including reviewing term sheets and SHA/SSA documents, coordinating with legal and tax advisors, and managing investor discussions, communications, and ongoing relationships.

- Build and strengthen scalable processes for budgeting, cash-flow management, compliance monitoring, and governance, ensuring alignment with startup best practices and the companys growth stage.

Ideal Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of relevant experience across finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, and fundraising-related activities.

- Hands-on experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a lean team setup.

- Proven experience in leading or being deeply involved in Series A and Series B fundraising transactions, including investor interactions and documentation support.

- Strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and investor due diligence expectations.

- Proactive and detail-oriented professional, comfortable working closely with founders and collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment.
