Seeking a strategic Finance Leader to steer the company through its Initial Public Offering (IPO)
This is not a traditional finance role. You will be the architect of our public market debut, responsible for transforming our financial infrastructure, leading investor roadshows, and managing the complex working capital cycles inherent to the petrochemical supply chain. You will partner directly with the Founder to drive valuation, compliance, and long-term fiscal strategy.
1. IPO Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including the appointment of investment bankers, legal counsels, and registrars.
- Manage the preparation of the DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) and ensure flawless filing with SEBI.
- Orchestrate the "equity story" for roadshows, ensuring institutional investors understand unique tech-enabled distribution model.
2. Financial Control & Governance:
- Transition financial reporting from private standards to IndAS (Indian Accounting Standards) and public market compliance (quarterly reporting, disclosures).
- Establish a "public-ready" internal audit and risk management framework (SOX compliance equivalents where applicable).
- Structure the Board of Directors' Audit Committee and ensure rigorous corporate governance.
3. Working Capital & Treasury Management:
- Oversee substantial working capital lines (invoice discounting, channel finance, trade credit).
- Optimize cash flow cycles in a high-volume, low-margin trading environment (Polymers, Chemicals).
- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and debt funds to ensure liquidity scales with revenue growth.
