Finance Lead Mumbai | Global Healthcare / Medical Devices MNC

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified CA (Mandatory)

- 8 - 15 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong experience in Finance Controllership, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Business Finance, Taxation, and Audit

- Experience managing P&L and balance sheet responsibilities

- Exposure to multinational organizations preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities

- Experience with SAP/S4 HANA preferred

- Ability to work effectively with global teams and shared service environments

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Controllership & Reporting :

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and global accounting standards.

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls, and governance processes.

- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and SOX compliance activities.

- Oversee fixed assets, working capital, cash flow, and credit control processes.

Business Finance & Commercial Partnership :

- Partner with business leaders to drive profitable growth and support strategic decision-making.

- Provide insights on pricing, product costing, profitability, and margin optimization.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on business performance and financial outcomes.

- Support inventory management and working capital improvement initiatives.

FP&A :

- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

- Analyze variances against budget and forecast and provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with regional and global FP&A teams on performance reviews and business planning.

Taxation & Compliance :

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance requirements.

- Support transfer pricing documentation and corporate tax reporting.

- Partner with regional and global tax teams on regulatory and compliance matters
