Finance Lead - Global Capability Center

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance Leadership:

- Partner with the GCC Head and Global Headquarters to align financial strategy with business objectives.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support rapid business growth and operational expansion.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Develop rolling forecasts and monitor financial performance against business targets.

- Drive OPEX and CAPEX planning, optimization, and cost management initiatives.

- Design and manage chargeback and transfer pricing models to demonstrate GCC value to global stakeholders.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Manage GST, Transfer Pricing, STPI/SEZ, and cross-border tax compliances.

- Strengthen internal financial controls, audit readiness, and corporate governance practices.

- Oversee vendor contracts, commercial negotiations, and financial risk management.

Finance Transformation:

- Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, or optimization initiatives (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms).

- Drive finance automation and process improvement initiatives.

- Develop real-time dashboards and financial reports to track utilization, productivity, operational efficiency, and seat-cost metrics.

- Promote data-driven decision-making through financial analytics and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-14 years of post-qualification experience in Finance.

- Strong experience working in Global Capability Centers (GCC) or Shared Services environments.

- Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple locations.

- Strong expertise in:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

3. OPEX & CAPEX Management

4. Transfer Pricing

5. Financial Governance & Compliance

- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

- Strong knowledge of:

1. GST

2. STPI/SEZ regulations

3. Cross-border taxation

4. Internal Controls

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.

- Experience leading finance transformation and automation initiatives.

- Exposure to BI and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Experience working with global finance teams and multinational organizations.
