We are seeking a Finance Lead to take ownership of FP&A, MIS, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for building financial visibility, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and equipping leadership with the insights necessary to make informed business decisions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll be the anchor of the finance function. While we work with an external accounting team for bookkeeping and compliance, a working knowledge of accounting concepts is a plus for effective collaboration. The primary focus, however, will be forward-looking analysis, reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead FP&A - budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and unit economics.

- Own MIS and reporting - deliver clear, accurate, and timely financial and business insights to leadership and investors.

- Build and improve financial models to support decision-making across product, operations, and business teams.

- Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives, pricing, and growth opportunities.

- Set up and refine processes, dashboards, and controls to scale the finance function.

- Coordinate with the external accounting team to ensure smooth bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance.

- Support audits, investor reporting, and board-level requirements.

Desired Qualifications

- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business finance / FP&A / MIS / reporting roles.

- Strong modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or BI/reporting tools is a plus.

- Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping (Tally exposure is a bonus).

- CA or MBA preferred, but not mandatory.

- Prior startup experience is an advantage.
