Finance Lead - D2C/eCommerce Startup - CA

We are looking for a Business Finance Lead who is a CA qualified folks (2020-2024), who have extensively worked in the business finance function, with consumer brands or startups. Looking for people who are motivated to work in a startup, driving the business profitability, working with the top management to drive the business function.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- As an early finance hire, you'll step into a Deputy CFO like role and take full ownership of the finance function.

- You will build and implement processes and controls to prevent value leakage, and manage monthly closings, MIS reporting, and internal financial hygiene.

- Working closely with the CEO and founding team, you'll play a strategic role in driving growth and profitability through financial insights, pricing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

- This role offers end-to-end exposure across business finance, FP&A, working capital management, accounts receivable/payable, vendor negotiations, compliance, budgeting, and fund flow management-giving you a 360- view of finance in a high-growth startup.

What we are looking at?

- Minimum 2 years of experience in startups (preferably in FMCG/FMCD/E-commerce industry) with a strong foundation in Business Finance experience

- Someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

- Effective communicator and negotiator, leads with empathy and accountability.
