Role Overview:

You will be the senior person who owns all things finance:

- Youll build and manage our budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis so the company knows where it is headed and how its doing.

- Youll ensure day-to-day accounting and compliance (across centres) is tight, accurate and timely.

- Youll work closely with the leadership team to turn data into insights, support decision-making (growth of new centres, investments, cost control) and drive processes that make the business scalable.

- Think of it like: youre running the finance engine of a multi-site healthcare group, making sure the fuel (money) flows right, the dashboard works, and were set for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly/rolling forecasting process: set targets, align with strategy, monitor variances.

- Develop and present financial dashboards, KPI frameworks occupancy, revenue by centre, cost per bed/patient etc.

- Scenario modelling: new centre openings, capex decisions, pricing interventions, cost efficiency levers.

Accounting, Compliance & Controls:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting: month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements for all centres.

- Ensure GAAP/Indian-GAAP compliance, statutory filings, audit management (internal + external).

- Implement and maintain internal controls, policies (expense management, revenue recognition, centre-level cost tracking).

Operational Partnership:

- Partner with Centre Heads, Operations, HR, Procurement: provide financial insights, cost-benefit analysis, centre-profitability support.

- Support CFO/MD in strategic initiatives: centre expansion, M&A (if any), funding / capital-allocation decisions.

- Drive process improvements across finance/accounting: automation, standardisation, data centralisation.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead a small finance & accounting team that handles centre-level reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations.

- Mentor, build capability, enforce finance discipline across operations.

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance / Accounting roles; preferably at least 4-5 years in a senior/lead role.

- Strong FP&A track record: budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, KPI creation in a multi-site business.

- Solid accounting foundations: month-end close, statutory audits, tax compliance, financial controls.

- Excellent stakeholder skills: able to interface with leadership, operations, centre heads.

- Experience in healthcare / multi-location operations / asset-intensive business is a strong plus (but not mandatory).

- Strong systems orientation: ideally worked with ERP/finance platforms, comfortable driving process improvements and automation.

- Chartered Accountant / CPA / equivalent preferred; strong business acumen, analytical bent.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage ambiguity, scale processes for growth.
