Finance Head - Manufacturing Sector

Position: Finance Head

Location: Kolhapur, Maharashtra

The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial strategy, governance, and capital structure of the KAW Group. The role involves managing group finances, investor relations, funding strategies, financial controls, and supporting business expansion through strong financial planning and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the overall financial strategy for the KAW Group.

- Work closely with the promoters to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

- Provide strategic financial insights for expansion, product launches, and new business initiatives.

2. Fundraising & Capital Structuring

- Lead fundraising initiatives including equity, debt, venture capital, and structured financing.

- Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity investors, and financial institutions.

- Structure working capital facilities, inventory financing, and trade finance.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models for group companies.

- Track business performance, margins, and working capital cycles.

- Support management in achieving revenue and profitability targets.

4. Accounting & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, GST, income tax, and company law requirements.

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls across all group companies.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Manage cash flows, inventory financing, and operational capital requirements.

- Optimize working capital cycles across manufacturing, imports, and dealer networks.

6. Investor & Stakeholder Management

- Handle communication with investors, lenders, and strategic partners.

- Support due diligence and financial documentation for investments and partnerships.

7. Systems & Financial Governance

- Implement robust financial systems, MIS reporting, and cost control mechanisms.

- Build scalable finance processes suitable for a rapidly growing automotive group.
