Finance Head - Manufacturing - CA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Head to lead the finance function for our manufacturing unit based in Gurgaon. The role will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance, managing audits, overseeing cash flow and treasury operations, and supporting strategic investment and CAPEX decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all local laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits

- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

- Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships

- Manage credit control, accounts payables, and treasury operations

- Support financing activities, CAPEX planning, and investment decisions

- Provide financial insights to support business planning and decision-making

- Ensure robust financial controls and governance frameworks

Qualifications & Experience:

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 1012 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes

- Experience in cash flow management, treasury, and banking operations

- Ability to work closely with senior management and external stakeholders
