Finance Head [CA]

Looking for a "Finance Head" for an European JV Firm operating in the field of industrial equipment/products.

Work Location: Pune

Role and Responsibilities:

- Expertise and exposure in setting up Finance, Accounts, Tax and related functions.

- Manage and administer internal control systems for smooth F&A operations.

- Exposure in ERP Implementation in the organization.

- Work experience with MNC organizations (product driven/greenfield/brownfield)

Candidate Profile :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant work experience of 10 to 15years in managerial/leadership position.

- MNC experience (preferably European Mfg. organization in India) in a dual reporting environment.

- Good networking in the Pune region with exposure/knowledge of local language/s, culture etc.

- Team Management Skills.
