Finance Head - Fashion Retail

Job Description:

- Prepare management reports (MIS) with insights on business performance, store-wise profitability, and key financial KPIs.

- Ensure strong internal controls, SOPs, and adherence to statutory and tax compliances (GST, Income Tax, etc.).

- Manage working capital, banking relationships, and short/long-term funding requirements.

- Partner with supply chain and retail operations teams for efficient inventory management and shrinkage control.

- Act as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy, business growth, and profitability.

- Qualified CA / MBA Finance with 12+ years of experience, preferably in fashion retail

- Strong understanding of retail finance including store P&L, inventory, discounting, and sales analytics.

- Proven track record of partnering with CXOs and influencing decision-making.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and BI tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong stakeholder management.
