Finance Head - Electronics Supply Chain Marketplace - B2B SaaS/AI Startup

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, controllership, and compliance functions.

- Drive corporate finance initiatives, including M&A evaluation, due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration.

- Lead fundraising activities - working with investors, bankers, VCs/PEs on equity and debt raises.

- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Prepare and present board-level financial reports, investor updates, and strategic insights.

- Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making, business modeling, and capital allocation.

- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and regulatory filings.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, setting best practices and controls.

- Establish strong financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.

- Work cross-functionally with legal, strategy, and operations teams on complex transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles (Head of Finance / VP Finance / Finance Director).

- Strong background in corporate finance, including M&A transactions and fundraising.

- Experience working with startups, high-growth companies, or investment-backed firms preferred.

- Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

- Prior experience engaging with investors, banks, VCs, and PE firms.

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
