Finance Head - D2C/FMCG/Startup

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS

- Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory compliances

- Oversee due diligence processes for fundraising and investor audits

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and track revenue and expenses

- Set up accounting processes and manage external vendors (CA firms, auditors, etc.)

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience

- Prior experience with a D2C or consumer startup is mandatory

- Strong understanding of GST, financial audits, and due diligence

- Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate

- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
