Job Title: Head Finance

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Promoter (2nd generation)

Position Summary:

- CA, having 10-16 years of strong experience working as Head Finance or 2nd in line in a startup / mid sized company in product space.

- Client is not preffering anyone from services industry

Some important points in terms of experience mandatory includes following:

- Has worked in startups or entrepreneurial companies to understand business nuances

- Worked in goods company, not services, so understanding of sell through, margins, stock cover is there

- Has worked in budgeting & detailed channel wise profitability & MIS

- Has fair understanding of taxation, GST & TDS

- Has worked in e-commerce/retail sectors to understand the nuances of the receivables

- Has worked in cost reduction for the business

- Has worked in due diligence report

- Worked in improving cash flow of company by reducing debtor outstanding or increasing credit payment terms

- Has experience in managing team and open to work in a promoter driven company.

- Also comfort in working alternate saturdays as work week is important
