Finance Head - Position Summary

The Finance Head will oversee all financial operations including planning & analysis, accounting, taxation, treasury, and statutory compliance. This strategic role partners with senior leadership to drive business decisions while ensuring robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes

- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reporting

- Ensure GST, Income Tax, Company Law, and statutory compliance

- Manage working capital, cash flow, and banking relationships

- Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks

- Lead and develop finance team of 8-12 professionals

- Support business expansion decisions with financial analysis and modelling

Required Qualifications:

- Education: CA mandatory preferred

- Experience: 7-8 years in FP&A, preferably in Manufacturing sector

- Technical Skills: Indian GAAP, GST & taxation expertise, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), advanced Excel, cost accounting

- Leadership: Proven track record leading finance teams, strong analytical and communication skills
