Finance Head

Responsibilities:

- Develop & implement effective Business Planning, Budgeting, Performance Analysis, and Monitoring processes for to provide decision support to business leaders

- Manage the development and maintenance of accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Account Receive Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc.

- Facilitate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with data analysis and follow through with the business team on action business metrics over a period of time

- Prepare and Analyse Monthly Financial Information and MIS.

- Preparation of Annual Budget and tracking.

- Ensure all statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.

- Liaise with other department heads of the organization for operational support

- Manage Internal and statutory auditors.

- Funding experience, Finalization of Term Sheet, SHA

- Good PPT and Excel skills for preparing presentations for Board Meeting, Investors

Experience:

- Professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in the field of finance management.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant

Skills Required:

- Preferably an experience as a Finance Manager in a start-up or D2C environment.

- Familiarity with the unique financial challenges and opportunities in the Online / Offline sector.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

- Proficiency in financial software ( e.g., SAP ) and tools.
