Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fund-raising (equity & debt).

- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies for project financing.

- Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance.

- Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning.

- Support M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities in alignment with the companys growth strategy.

- Ensure compliance with domestic and international financial regulations.

- Prepare and present financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team for decision-making.
