Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end Finance Transformation roadmap, aligned with the organisation's business and Finance strategy.
- Lead transformation across Finance & Accounting processes, including standardisation, harmonisation, process re-engineering and operating model optimisation.
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for Finance, Shared Services and/or GCC environments.
- Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SAC and related Finance platforms.
- Identify opportunities for RPA, AI, GenAI, analytics and workflow automation across Finance processes.
- Drive Finance process automation to improve productivity, accuracy, controls and turnaround time.
- Evaluate and implement solutions across RPA platforms, AI/GenAI, analytics and digital tools.
- Lead GCC / Shared Services setup and transformation, including organisation structure, process migration, governance, SLAs and KPIs.
- Establish robust programme governance, including Steering Committees, executive reviews, transformation dashboards and benefit tracking.
- Partner with CFO, CIO, COO and business leaders to translate business priorities into actionable transformation programmes.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma / process excellence initiatives to eliminate waste, improve productivity and optimise cost.
- Define transformation KPIs, benefits realisation frameworks and operational maturity benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple large-scale transformation programmes simultaneously.
- Manage external technology, consulting and implementation partners.
- Ensure effective change management, stakeholder communication and adoption of new processes and technologies.
