Finance Controllership Role - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and review of standalone & consolidated financial statements (Ind AS / IFRS).

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and other regulatory requirements.

- Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end financial close processes.

- Liaise with statutory auditors and manage audit deliverables.

- Strengthen internal controls (IFC) and support process improvement initiatives.

- Review GL scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of books.

- Support tax, compliance, and regulatory filings.

- Assist in implementation of new accounting standards and policy changes.

- Work closely with business teams for financial insights and governance.

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualified with 2+ years of statutory audit experience from Big 4 / reputed audit firm.
