
Financial Controlling & Reporting:
- Oversee end-to-end financial controlling activities including month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Benchmarking & Financial Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments
- Develop and maintain financial benchmarks to measure business performance against industry standards
- Prepare detailed management reports with actionable insights for senior leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Finance Information Systems:
- Manage and optimize the use of Accounting Information Systems to improve financial processes
- Collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements, ERP configurations, and finance technology upgrades
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems and reporting tools
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, applicable local regulations, and internal financial policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
- CA (chartered Accountant) - Mandatory Qualification; No Substitute Accepted
- CPA or CMA Certification Will Be an Added Advantage
Technical Skills:
- Strong Hands-On Knowledge of Us Gaap Principles and Financial Reporting Frameworks
- Proven Expertise in Financial Controlling, Budgeting, and Management Reporting
- Experience with Accounting Information Systems and Erp Platforms (sap, Oracle, or Equivalent)
- Proficiency in Financial Modelling, Benchmarking, and Advanced Excel
- Familiarity with IFRS or Indian GAAP Is a Plus

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with High Attention to Detail
- Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to Present Complex Financial Data to Non-Financial Stakeholders
- Strong Leadership Qualities with Experience Managing Finance Teams
