Title :- Finance Controller   Location - Ahmedabad  Job Summary  Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, and the Controller is responsible for month end closing, financial reporting activities.   Duties and responsibilities  Responsibilities:  - We are looking at qualified Chartered Accountant, with 10+ years of experience for a leadership role  - Must have controllership experience.  - Strong experience in month end closing, balance sheet, reconciliation, P&L accounting, general ledger, trial balance.  - Controlling Cash Flow / Monthly P&L BS.  - Absorb the big picture of the company operations / annual business outlook, and guide management on critical decisions.  - Finance related MIS on a regular basis be prepared showing where the business stands.   - Budgeting and key areas to monitor.  - Be updated about Government rules and how they affect the company & business.  - Deal with Auditor & ensure compliance.  - Handle Taxation & all Tax related activities.  Requirements:  - BPO/US Experience Required  - Travel to US frequently required ( 3 - 4 times a year)  - CA or CPA Required  Experience of US GAAP is mandate   - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills  - Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making to achieve objectives  - Ability to evaluate operations as they relate to policies, goals and objectives, costs, and rate levels
