Finance Controller

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, accounting, audits, and compliance.

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and IFRS.

- Drive internal controls, risk management, and financial governance across all units.

- Manage and coordinate with external and internal auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants.

- Partner with the leadership team to analyze financial data and drive strategic planning and resource allocation.

- Monitor working capital, inventory cycles, and cash flow optimization.

- Oversee direct and indirect tax matters including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

- Manage ERP and automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and compliance.

- Drive SOP implementation and financial planning to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment
