Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Chartered Accountant to join the finance leadership team in Gurgaon as a Finance Controller and Sales Accounting Lead. You will act as a key business partner to the sales and operations leadership, providing actionable financial insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end sales accounting process, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and reconciliation to support precise financial reporting for senior management.

- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with organizational growth objectives.

- Oversee statutory audits and internal control frameworks, ensuring all financial operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.

- Drive cost accounting initiatives to identify margin improvement opportunities and optimize operational expenditure across business units.

- Utilize SAP FICO to streamline financial processes, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility into the companys financial performance.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Required Skillset:

- Proven expertise in Financial Control and Sales Accounting, with a deep understanding of revenue cycles and complex ledger management.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate SAP FICO environments to extract insights and manage large-scale financial data.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic narratives for non-finance stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams and managing senior-level expectations.

- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
