Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the Finance Controllership function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.

- Partner closely with founders and leadership team on financial planning and key business decisions.

- Drive monthly close, MIS reporting, and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.

- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and coordination with external advisors.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

- Contribute to building scalable finance processes aligned with business growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (mandatory).

- 4-5 years of experience in finance controllership, audit, or related roles with a startup background.

- Prior exposure to high-growth or dynamic environments preferred.

- Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.

- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and operate with ownership.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
