Finance Controller - Retail - CA

Company Overview:

The company operates in the organized retail industry, offering a wide range of consumer products through multi-format retail channels.

Job Description:

- Currently handling corporate accounts and statutory audit in listed entity.

- Managed banking, treasury, cash flow, insurance, working capital management.

- Liaison with banks, financial institutions, big4 auditors and consultants, credit rating agencies and other high profile external stakeholders.

- Managing pan India collections and bank reconciliation statements.

- Periodic compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

- Developing and strengthening Internal Financial Controls (IFC), including completion of IFC audits and maintenance and improvement of IFC documentation in coordination with the Risk Assurance department.

- Working knowledge of Direct Tax and GST including filings.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Primary Job Profile: Finance & Accounts/ Finance Control.

- Technical Skills: Finance Control, Financial reporting, Corporate Finance.
