Finance Controller - Retail - CA

We are hiring for a Finance Controller to lead the end-to-end finance function for a reputed company in the retail setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire Finance, Accounts & Taxation vertical, covering Financial Reporting, Direct & Indirect Tax, AP, AR, MIS, Audit, and Budgeting.

- Establish strong financial & cost accounting systems to deliver timely and accurate reporting.

- Ensure timely closure of books, reconciliations, and compliance with IND AS and statutory requirements.

- Oversee all audit activities (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure closure of audit observations.

- Lead budgeting & forecasting, track variances, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience leading Finance, Accounts & Taxation in a company with turnover of - 500+ Cr.

- Experience managing a team of 20+ professionals.

- Strong knowledge of IND AS, Corporate Finance, Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST), Treasury, MIS, Budgeting, and Reporting.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
