Job Purpose: - Lead and oversee the accounts and finance function for Bangalore location. This will include effective coordination with Internal Finance teams (Corporate Finance, Procurement) as well as all other departments (leasing, projects, Opex, marcom etc). Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire accounts and finance function for Bangalore - Review and monitor financial performance of the Company against the budget through timely reporting and appropriate financial analysis - Ensure finalisation and audit of accounts; report on the same to the Board of Directors - Build robust internal controls and manage the internal audit process with the external auditors - Oversee direct and indirect tax functions including coordination with external service providers - Formulate and review accounting policies &amp; procedures on a continuous basis - Develop a framework for budgeting, project accounting and establish regular financial reporting &amp; project wise MIS - Ensure compliance to laws and all regulatory requirements - Coordinate with all functional heads for the speedy resolution of all financial issues - Coordinate with Corporate finance team of the group to ensure alignment Qualifications and Work Experience: 1) CA with a minimum of 12-14 years of post-qualification experience 2) Good SAP or any ERP knowledge
