Finance Controller - Quick Service Restaurant/Retail Operations - CA

Client: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Retail Operations- Back Office in India, Supporting US Operations

Remote work, but the person should be based in Mumbai

Work timings: 12 noon- 10 pm

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION: CA

Role:

- Accurate and timely monthly close.

- High-quality US GAAP compliant financial reporting.

- Clean audit outcomes with minimal adjustments.

- Strong balance sheet governance and reconciliation compliance.

- Improved AP and AR process efficiency through automation.

- Enhanced (external Big4) team performance and service delivery.

- Strengthened internal controls and finance process scalability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.

- Proven experience in managing month-end close and controllership functions.

- Experience working with outsourced accounting/shared service teams, preferably Big4.

- Strong audit management experience.

- Experience in finance process automation, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (R365 preferred).

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
