Finance Controller - NBFC

About the Role:

We are scouting for AM/ DM in the Finance controller team.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations.

- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of findings and recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, procedures and guidelines.

- RBI compliance, Direct & Indirect tax compliances.

- Ensure adherence to Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Working closely with the finance systems and internal control teams to ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes and controls provide a strong and robust environment.

- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Financial Systems and Tools: Evaluate, select, and implement financial systems, software, and tools.

- Provide training and support to end users.

- Performance evaluation, and professional development.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial operations.

What you would possess already:

- CA with 2+ years of experience, NBFC background preferred.

- Exposure of working with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong stakeholder management.

- Strong project management skills.

- Sharp learning curve.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
