Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller for a well-established manufacturing organization based in Greater Noida. The role will have end-to-end responsibility for finance and accounting operations for the manufacturing plant and will work closely with Plant and Business Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations for the manufacturing plant.

- Drive monthly MIS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

- Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, working capital, CAPEX and operating expenses.

- Ensure timely monthly/year-end book closure and financial finalisation.

- Drive plant-level cost control, profitability analysis and financial governance.

- Manage statutory compliance, taxation, audits and internal financial controls.

- Partner closely with Plant Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Business teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

- Oversee inventory valuation, provisions and key account reconciliations.

- Ensure effective utilisation of SAP across finance and plant-related processes.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to Plant and Business Leadership for decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 10 - 12+ years of relevant experience

- Candidates must have strong experience within the Manufacturing / Plant Finance environment.

- Strong exposure to plant accounting, costing, budgeting, inventory, working capital and financial controls.

- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory; SAP HANA exposure would be preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with plant/business leadership.

- Preference for candidates from well-established manufacturing organizations with sizeable turnover and scale of operations.
