Company Overview: We are a fast-growing manufacturing/trading organization with an annual turnover of approximately - 200 Crores. The company is focused on operational excellence, financial discipline, and scalable growth. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function and strengthen financial systems, controls, and banking relationships.

Role Summary: The CFO will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the company including banking, treasury, working capital, accounts payable, receivables, collections, MIS reporting, budgeting, compliance, and SAP-based financial systems. The role requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and hands-on operational finance experience in a mid-to-largesized organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking & Treasury Management : Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Handle working capital limits, term loans, LC/BG facilities, and banking documentation. Monitor cash flow, fund planning, and liquidity management. Negotiate banking terms, interest rates, and credit facilities. Ensure optimum utilization of funds and treasury controls.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management : Oversee vendor payments and payable cycles. Ensure timely customer collections and receivable management. Monitor debtor ageing and implement collection strategies. Strengthen credit control mechanisms to reduce outstanding receivables. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for collection follow-ups.

3. MIS & Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management. Analyze profitability, cost controls, cash flow, and business performance. Develop dashboards and financial KPIs for decision-making. Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.

4. Budgeting & Financial Planning : Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor budget vs actual performance and variance analysis. Support strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.

5. SAP & Systems Management : Drive effective utilization of SAP for finance and accounting functions. Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting through SAP. Coordinate with IT and SAP consultants for process improvements and automation. Improve internal controls and workflow efficiencies through ERP optimization.

6. Compliance & Audit : Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other applicable laws. Coordinate internal and statutory audits. Strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks. Ensure timely closure of books and audit readiness.

7. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor finance, accounts, and commercial teams. Build strong financial processes and accountability across departments. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.

- Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance) preferred. Experience

- 12-20 years of experience in finance and accounts.

- Prior experience as CFO/Finance Head in a manufacturing or trading company with turnover of - 100-500 Crores preferred.

- Strong exposure to banking, working capital management, collections, and MIS reporting. Hands-on SAP experience is essential.
