Finance Controller - Manufacturing - CA

We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead Financial Accounting, Reporting, and Controlling for India entities. This role will be responsible for end-to-end books of accounts, financial closures, audit management, and internal controls.

Location: Mumbai, India

Joining: Immediate / within 0-15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting, reporting, and controlling processes

- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures

- Lead external/internal audits and ensure compliance

- Oversee direct tax matters and regulatory reporting

- Strengthen internal controls and governance framework

- Partner with global and country stakeholders

- Support key initiatives like M&A, restructuring, and system implementations

- Lead and manage a small finance team

Requirements:

- CA with 10-12 years of experience (manufacturing preferred)

- Strong experience in audits (Big4 exposure preferred)

- Expertise in US GAAP / Ind AS

- Experience in internal controls and statutory reporting

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
