A retained customer of CXO Roles - India's leading managed workspace provider, is looking for a Finance Controller who can bring order, accuracy, and foresight to the numbers that run the business. This role matters because growth only works when the finances behind it are clean, controlled, and trusted.

The Role

You will own the financial engine of the company. From day-to-day controls to long-term planning, your work will ensure leaders make decisions based on facts, not assumptions.

What You'll Do

- Own the company's accounting, reporting, and financial controls end to end

- Close monthly, quarterly, and annual books with discipline and accuracy

- Manage cash flows, working capital, and payment cycles across locations

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for leadership review

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

- Work closely with business heads to translate numbers into clear insight

- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks

- Build, mentor, and hold a strong finance and accounts team to high standards

What You Bring

- Chartered Accountant with 10 to 15 years of experience, including time in a senior controllership role

- Hands-on experience in real estate, managed offices, infrastructure, or asset-heavy businesses

- Strong command over accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance

- Comfort with complexity, multi-entity structures, leases, and long-term contracts

- The ability to spot risks early and act before they show up in reports

- Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders

- A reputation for integrity, consistency, and sound judgment
