Objective of the Role:

The Finance Controller will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial insights and strategic guidance to senior management. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing financial operations, and supporting both short- and long-term organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting relevant data.

- Guide financial decision-making by applying company policies and procedures in the context of current economic conditions.

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and guidelines.

- Ensure achievement of budgeting goals through proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.

- Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.

- Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and organizational budgets versus actual expenditures.

- Establish, in coordination with the CFO, financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a biweekly, monthly, and annual basis.

- Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs while ensuring compliance with national and local legal standards.

- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.

- Lead, mentor, and support the accounting team to create a productive and trustworthy work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in senior finance roles.

- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.

- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.

- Experience in payroll management with a focus on streamlining accounting processes.

- Proven track record in financial project management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager.

- Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant).

Note-Candidate should be confortable working in 6 days w week.
