Key Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, cash flow, and cost control processes - Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls - Handle audits, tax planning, and legal compliances - Support senior leadership with actionable financial insights - Drive financial systems improvements (ERP/SAP preferred) What We're Looking For: - CA or CPA OR MBA with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership - Strong knowledge of financial strategy, compliance, and reporting - Hands-on with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems - Experience in hospitality, infrastructure, or multi-location business is a plus - Strong team leadership and stakeholder communication skills
