Role Overview:

The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations across multiple outlets, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, compliance, and effective cost management. The role works closely with Operations, Procurement, and Senior Management to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Control:

- Manage day-to-day finance operations across multiple outlets and corporate functions

- Ensure accurate accounting, book closures, and financial discipline across locations

- Strengthen internal controls and standard operating procedures

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow:

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections

- Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

- Analyze variances between actuals vs budgets and present actionable insights

Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare monthly P&L statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and assessments

Cost Optimization & Business Partnering:

- Drive cost optimization initiatives in coordination with Operations and Procurement teams

- Review vendor costs, contracts, and procurement efficiencies

- Support profitability improvement through data-driven financial insights

Expansion & Audit Support:

- Support new store/outlet openings including financial planning, feasibility, and setup

- Assist in due diligence, audits, and system/process implementation for new locations

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

- Experience in multi-outlet / multi-location business models

- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Hands-on approach and ownership-driven attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- CA with 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience

- Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG is mandatory

- Exposure to outlet-level P&L management and cost controls

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
