We are currently hiring for Finance Controller position for one of our esteemed Hospital Chain client.

Location:Thane

Working days: 6 days a week from Office

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Control:

- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for plant/lab operations.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Plant/Lab Setup Support and capex implementation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the financial aspects of new plant or laboratory setups.

- Ensure cost-effective procurement, capex budgeting, and ROI evaluation for setuprelated investments.

Cost Optimization & Efficiency:

- Analyze operational costs and identify areas for efficiency and savings.

- Implement cost control measures, conduct variance analysis, and monitor KPIs.

- Drive cost audits and benchmarking exercises to support profitability improvements.

On-Site Financial Management:

- Act as the key finance representative at the plant or lab site.

- Manage site-level financial operations, including inventory control, fixed assets, and expense management.

- Partner closely with operational leadership to support day-to-day decision-making and long-term planning.

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor the site finance team.

- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government bodies as required.

- Ensure transparent communication with senior leadership regarding financial risks and opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven track record of cost optimization and financial control.

- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes:

- Familiarity with capex-heavy environments and project-based financial planning.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and hands-on setting and delivering under pressure.
