Finance Controller - CA - Healthcare Industry

What we are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate and direct budget preparation, financial forecasts, and report variances.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.

- Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.

- Manage audits and ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.

- Partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance, growth strategies, and operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Should have 5-10 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (excluding Articleship).

2. Preferred experience working with a Big 4, Big 5, or Big 6 firm.
