Finance Controller - Healthcare - CA

Role: Finance Controller

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

- Drive preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

- Strengthen internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks

- Partner with business and leadership teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

- Manage audits (internal & external) and ensure regulatory compliance

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Handle stakeholder management including investors and auditors

- Build and scale finance processes in line with company growth

Qualifications:

- CA is mandatory

- 5+ years of relevant experience in controllership / core accounting roles

- Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP (mandatory)

- Prior experience in a high-growth startup / SaaS / healthcare setup is preferred

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
