Finance Controller - Healthcare

Location: Mumbai

- The role typically involves both hands-on finance responsibilities and a strong advisory component to senior management.

- Plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance

- Must be able to join within 15 to 30 days. Should have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (excluding articleship).

- Must have experience working with a Big 4, Big 5, or Big 6 firm. Should demonstrate consistent tenure with previous organizations (no frequent job-hopping). Must have qualified CA in no more than 2 attempts. Preferabally from Healthcare

Required Skills & Attributes

- Qualified CA (cleared in - 2 attempts); 5+ years post- qualification experience

- Big- 4/5/6 experience with solid exposure to audit, tax, treasury, and financial reporting

- Strong track record of stable employments and significant tenures

- Exceptional analytical skills; proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis

- Expertise in regulatory compliance, taxes, and internal controls

- Advanced skills in Excel and finance systems (ERP/SAP preferred)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate at all organizational levels
