Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead our FP&A and Controllership functions in Pune.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the financial backbone of the organization, bridging the gap between strategic planning and operational execution.

You will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional heads to drive financial discipline, optimize cost structures, and ensure robust accounting governance.

By spearheading financial modeling and automation initiatives, you will directly influence business profitability, cash flow health, and long-term scalability, ensuring the company remains agile in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and budgeting process to ensure alignment between departmental goals and organizational financial targets.

- Oversee comprehensive controllership functions, including statutory accounting and internal audits, to maintain high standards of financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

- Drive cost management strategies by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements that directly enhance the bottom line.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate new business opportunities.

- Manage rigorous variance analysis and MIS reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding performance against KPIs.

- Champion the automation of financial workflows to reduce manual intervention, improve data accuracy, and accelerate the month-end closing process.

- Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements to ensure optimal liquidity and effective working capital management across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial operations, with a proven track record of leading FP&A and Controllership teams in high-growth environments.

- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.

- Proficiency in leveraging financial technology and ERP systems to drive process automation and digital transformation within the finance function.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse business units and the ability to influence senior leadership.

- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in accounting principles and corporate finance.
