Finance Controller Location: Bangalore Responsibilities and Duties: As a Financial Controller will heading operations of the company and group companies covering F&amp;A, FP&amp;A, Legal, Management / Investor liaison and Statutory Compliances reporting to CFO or CEO. - Oversee and manage day to day F&amp;A, Banking Operations; - Oversee budgeting, FP&amp;A - Presentation of MIS to Management &amp; Investors - Ensure all statutory compliances; - Develop policies, internal controls, SOP and co-ordinate with Auditors; - Actively participate in cross functional business matters; - Manage all commercial legal matters, such as contract negotiations etc. Qualification - Chartered Accountant, (Company Secretary Qualification would be added advantage) - Minimum 10+ years of work experience/training in retail/FMCG/ecommerce. - Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills. - People manager with ability to build, lead and develop a high performing team. - Tech Savvy.
