We are looking for Finance Controller who will be responsible for the following activities. This is job is loaded more on Finance Controller than FP&A. Hence want to keep the expectation right. Also we are looking for professionals with 4-6 yrs experience that can suit the budget preferably from ecommerce or FMCG Background. Candidates from Mumbai only need to apply. Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial results. Accounting Operations: - Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed asset management. - Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes. Internal Controls and Compliance: - Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and manage external audits, acting as the main point of contact for auditors. Budgeting and Forecasting: - Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, providing guidance and support in financial planning processes. - Monitor budget-to-actual performance, analyzing variances and assisting in cost management initiatives. Taxation and Compliance: - Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax-related documents, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and other relevant filings. - Stay updated on tax regulations and changes that may impact the organization's financial obligations.
