Finance Controller - FinTech - CA

We are hiring a Finance Controller for a high-growth, venture-backed fintech platform that is building a category-defining business in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and monthly/annual book closure

- Drive audit readiness, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting

- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes

- Lead due diligence, investor reporting, and support fundraising activities

- Partner with leadership to build scalable finance systems and processes

- Manage treasury, reconciliations, and overall financial operations

Ideal Candidate:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience

- Strong experience in controllership, accounting, reporting, and audits

- Exposure to PE/VC-backed startups or high-growth companies preferred

- Big 4 articleship will be an added advantage

- Hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to create and scale finance processes from the ground up
