Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager who will take end-to-end ownership of the financial controllership function including month-end closure, audits, tax compliance, and banking operations. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with periodic oversight responsibilities for the finance teams deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Month-End Closure: Lead and ensure timely, accurate completion of monthly financial statements and reports in line with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

- Statutory Audit: Coordinate with external auditors, drive audit completion, and resolve audit observations promptly.

- Internal Audit: Oversee internal audits, address queries, and implement corrective actions to strengthen internal controls.

Tax Compliance:

- Supervise accurate and timely filing of TDS, GST, and Income Tax returns.

- Manage Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance as per regulatory standards.

- Banking Operations: Manage day-to-day banking activities, including cash flow, fund transfers, and coordination with banking partners.

- Team Oversight: Review periodic deliverables of the finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities within finance workflows.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial compliance and smooth business operations.
