Role Overview - We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Controller / Finance Head to lead and manage the entire finance function of our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate should bring over 7 years of post-qualification experience who can provide strong financial leadership, ensure compliance, drive operational efficiency, and contribute significantly to strategic decision-making.

Qualification: MBA (Full time) / CA / CFA

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Industry exposure: Manufacturing Electronics / SAAS / IoT

Functional exposure:

- Finalisation of Accounting Statements Ensures timely and compliant closure of financial statements with accuracy and integrity.

- Regulatory Compliances Drives adherence to all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.

- Cash Flow Management (Payables & Receivables) Manages liquidity through disciplined control of receivables, payables, and cash cycles.

- Working Capital Management Optimizes working capital by improving inventory, debtor, and creditor efficiency.

- Budget & Budgetary Control Leads budgeting and monitors performance through structured budget vs. actual reviews.

- Direct & Indirect Taxes Oversees tax compliance and planning across direct and indirect tax frameworks.

- Internal & External Audit Leads internal controls and coordinates statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of observations.

- Vendor Management Drives vendor negotiations and pricing strategies to optimize costs and strengthen commercial terms.

- MIS & Reporting Delivers structured MIS and management reports to enable informed decision-making.

- Financial Systems & Controls Implements scalable financial systems and robust internal control frameworks.

- Investor Relationship Manages investor communication through structured MIS reporting and transparent engagement.

- Treasury & Fund Raising Leads treasury operations and capital raising, including debt financing and banking relationships.

- Strategic Business Inputs & Risk Management Provides financial insights and embeds risk management practices to protect business value.

- Management Accounting Drives profitability analysis and cost control through effective management accounting.

- FOREX Management (Cross-Border Exposure) Manages foreign exchange exposures and cross-border financial risks.
